UCF's Kevin Smith has breakout campaign

Kevin Smith made quite a statement during the 2007
regular season as he led the Golden Knights to a
C-USA East championship. Smith ran for a nation
leading 2,164 yards and 25 TD's. Smith also added
230 yards receiving and a TD for UCF.
While UCF went 9-3 during the regular season, Kevin
Smith had 175 yards or more 7 times while averaging
5.8 yards per carry. In the C-USA championship game
against Tulsa, Smith was a one-man wrecking crew as
he ran for 284 yards and 4 TD's on 39 carries.
