9/1 vs .Western Michigan: In a 62-14 win, Pat White ran for two
scores and passed for two more while passing for 192 yards and
97 more on the ground. Completed 10 of 18 passes.

9/8 vs Marshall: Pat white threw for 2 TD's and ran for another to
spark the Mountaineers 48-23 win over Marshall. White completed
72% of his passes for 149 yards and ran for an additional 125.

9/15 vs Maryland: Pat white threw for 95 yards on 13 attempts and
ran for another 22 yards and 1TD to lead WV over Maryland 31-14.
Despite the road win and a 3-0 start, these are not Heisman worth
stats.

9/22 vs. East Carolina: White guides WV past East Carolina 48-7
while passing for two TD's and running for two more. White threw
for 181 yards and gained 42 yards on the ground. Nice bounce
back week for White who has now guided WV to a 4-0 record

9/29: vs. South Florida: WV's National Championship hopes were
subdued with a 21-13 loss at South Florida. Pat White was
knocked out of the game late in the first half and never returned to
action. White passed for 100 yards and ran for 36 more, but
accounted for no TD's.

10/6 vs. Syracuse: After being injured the week before, Pat White
had to leave WV's 55 to 14 win over Syracuse in the third quarter.
White was on his way to a monster game before the chest injury
forced him out. The junior QB completed 12 of 15 passes for 148
yards and 1 TD. White also had 14 carries for 89 yards and a
score. To impress Heisman voters, White must stay on the field.

10/20 vs. Mississippi State: In the Mountaineers 38-13 win over
Mississippi State, Pat White returned from injury to spark an easy
win. White opened up the scoring with a 64-yard scamper and
added 2 TD passes later. White completed 8 of 12 passes (1 INT)
for 61 yards and had 89 yards rushing.

10/27 vs. Rutgers: Pat White showed he had regained his health
with a dual-threat performance in a 31 to 3 win over Rutgers. White
completed 10 of 16 passes for 144 yards and ran 22 times for 156
yards and a TD.
Note: Tremendous performance for White that boost him back
towards Heisman consideration!

11/8 vs. Louisville: A tremendous Heisman performance for Pat
White as his 50-yard TD run with 1:36 left in the game was the
difference. In the 38-31 win, White passed completed 16 of 25
passes for 181 yards (2TD's/0 INT's). White also ran an amazing
24 times for 147 yards and 1 TD. White's Heisman stock is rising
and a trip to New York is very likely!

11/17 vs. Cincinnati: Pat White made another Heisman statement
in leading #6 WV to a 28-23 road win at #22 Cincinnati. The junior
QB ran a career-high 27 times for 155 yards (2 TD's) and threw for
140 more on 19 attempts. An interception and lost fumble were the
only blips in a tremendous performance.

11/24 vs. Connecticuti: Pat White was masterful in this Big East
title clinching 66-21 win over the Huskies. White completes 9 of 13
passes for 107 yards (1 TD & 1 INT) and adds 186 yards rushing
and 2 TD's on just 16 carries. WV is now just one win away from
securing a spot in the national title game! White has another
chance to make his Heisman mark next week against Pittsburgh.
