The Grove: Home of legendary
Tailgating
The Grove is a slice of tailgating heaven where friends and
family gather in Red and Blue to share their Rebel spirit

- The Grove is located in the center of campus. The 10-
acre area is shaded by oak, magnolia and elm trees.
- The tailgating tradition there has been partying strong
since the 1950s.
- Many fans, especially freshmen, wear their Sunday best
when tailgating. The wardrobe includes coat and tie.
- The Ole Miss pregame tradition, the Walk of
Champions, moves through the Grove as fans cheer
the football team as it walks through the tailgating area.
