Off to a Jetting Start
Jets rookie DB has turned heads with his athletic skills and for
the way he's immersed himself into the New York playbook.
When Wilson ran a 4.42 40-yard dash in pre draft workouts, Jets
officials were very high on the possibility of drafting the former
Boise State player.

Since his selection, Wilson has excelled in workouts and has
gone above and beyond the call of duty  with the mental aspects
of the game.

“When something goes wrong, he wants to know why,”  said
Jets defensive coordinator, Mike Pettine. “He wants instant
feedback. That’s the kind of kid you want. The kid’s going to will
himself into being a solid player for you. He also knows coming
in that people will look at us -- the No. 1 defense -- and try to
attack him. Our guys always say, ‘Hey don’t be the weak link.’
He’s a guy that understands. He’s not going to be that.”
