Matusz made his MLB debut in early August of 2009
and wound up posting victories in his last three stars
of the season. Although the young Orioles star
notched a 4.63 ERA in 2009, he flashed his strikeout
potential with 38 K's in 44.2 innings. The left-handed
flame thrower is expected to quickly emerge as a
top-tier MLB pitcher and baseball pundits believe that
Matusz has ace potential. Heading into the 2010
season, the Colorado native has had a strong spring.
